The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  requires each website provide a privacy notice from 25 May 2018. Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR outline the requirements on giving privacy information to data subjects. These are more detailed and specific than in the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).

    My websites respects the privacy of every individual who visits our web site or responds to my e-mail campaigns. This Privacy Policy outlines the type of information I typically collect from the web sites and e-mail campaigns, and how I may use that information. This Policy will also instruct you on what to do if you do not want to share personal information with me. I may update this Policy from time to time, so please check in occasionally.

I use a social login app that allows easy access, it does collect your public profile data only from your consent that you grant before initiating Social Login, from the social network used to login at this website. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, link to your social media profile, unique identifier, social profile avatar. This data is used to create your user profile at the website. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending an email, or your socail site has a way to revoke consent.

    personal information, unless you are advised otherwise, I (or a fulfillment house or other third-party on our behalf with whom I share such information) may use that information to improve this website and programs or to contact you. Should you receive any messages from Rental Gaijin following your removal request, please rest assured we are working on your request and no further action is required on your part. In the event that a user unsubscribes from our database, we will retain a record of any personal information and the unsubscribe action for our internal records as evidence of the action and our compliance with this Policy.
